🔄Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we are currently only able to accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item is missing from the shipment

If your order meets any of the above criteria, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund where applicable. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

💸Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • An item was not delivered within the maximum estimated timeframe
  • The product arrived damaged or unusable
  • You canceled the order before it was processed for fulfillment

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners in order to bring you a wider variety of items at the best possible prices. This may result in slightly longer delivery times, but rest assured we monitor every order to ensure it arrives safely.
